AHi guys

I have made tablet before by following a recipe successfully. Today I am attempting fudge by following a recipe. Both of these recipes seem almost identical so what is the difference? I know its the overall texture when done. However what's the difference in the method which makes it either tablet or fudge??

AI am not an expert on the matter, but a couple of times I wanted fudge, I inadvertently ended up with tablet by overbeating the fudge when off the stove...so it set up crumblier like tablet...
