With the price of eggs getting outrageous, has anyone used whole powdered eggs?
I find that powdered eggs leave an unpleasant aftertaste. But the powder is shelf stable and certainly cheaper than the price of whole eggs. So if you have a business, it depends upon your products and the customers you seek.
