Hi! I have a request for this cake and I'm not sure how to get this effect. I have some ideas, but would love some suggestions so I can do it the easiest way! Thanks for any help!!

AI love this cake! My niece asked me to make her wedding cake and I would love to use this as my inspiration since the bodice of her dress has an overlay that is simialar to this pattern. To me it looks like it is a buttercream frosted cake with buttercream pipped wavy lines in no particular pattern on the sides. Seems pretty simple
