I am looking for a chocolate mousse recipe for a cake filling that does not refrigeration. Does anyone have a suggest? I have seen that some people have talked about using Pastry Pride, Bettercream, or Frostin Pride instead of heavy cream but i am not sure that anywhere are here has those. Ive never seen or heard of them. Anyone know where you could get them?

I am in Chas SC also. I don't think you can buy better creme unless you order it off of the internet. If you order it from internet it will cost you plenty with added shipping amount.
If anyone knows of a place here please let us know because I would try it sometime if I could get it here.
