Hey all...I need a good vanilla buttercream recipe to pipe fur for a monster's inc cake.  I find mine to be too soft  and the crusting buttercream breaks off too easily.  I would appreciate any help. TIA

if you don't want a crusting buttercream, than any non crusting buttercream will work IMBC, SMBC, or perhaps an AMBC with a jar of marshmallow cream mixed in.
