Frozen Colors?

I have to make a frozen cake soon & the customer wants me to match her decorations. What color dye do I need or have to mix to make these shades of blue?

Royal Blue.  Small amount of color makes the lighter color.  Add more with the darker.  You can make a test on a small amount of fondant or buttercream whichever you are using.
