I want to make a texas sheet cake recipe thats been in the family for a long time. its soooo good!!! but my questions is, will this be okay for stacking? I want to attempt to make a stacked present cake (only doing two "presents" because I'm scared) lol! but i have this yummy fudge frosting I make that gets firm after it cools, almost like ganache constancy or close to it. This should be okay to stack and cover with fondant right?

AI don't think it makes 16 cups. If it is like the one I make. Not sure actually how much

ASorry accidentally push the wrong thing.

I think it makes about 4-5 cups. I usually bake it in a 12x18 cookie sheet. About 1" high and I have baked it in a 9 x 13 and stacked it but I used a chocolate buttercream. I think the frosting that you pour over should work though. Good luck.
