has anyone seen these videos on youtube about these quenary institute of cake decoration i figure its malaysian... i am posted the link here... they say its whipped cream.... but is this possible... ladies if it is i am going whipping nuts.

I have seen these - and have been wondering the same thing.  I've also been mesmerized by the cakes done on a turntable with a 'whipped cream'.  I look forward to hearing if anyone one knows how to do these techniques.

It is the whitest 'whipped cream' I have ever seen.

It` s probably non dairy whip topping, that comes frozen in carton packs. Defrost, whip, decorate.

Yea, it's whip topping, super common in all Asian bakeries.
