Thomas The Train Face?

I just got a request to make a cake similar to this one (see link below). How do I make Thomas the train's face? Do you use a mold? If so, where can I purchase one?

AI just used blue fondant with a little CMC and modelled the features, using my normal gumpaste tools. I put an actual Thomas toy next to me and copied it. It was pretty straight forward!

Funny I see this because I'm about to make a 3D thomas cake & found an awesome tutorial & it looks amazingly good - You have the template & print it to whatever size you require for the face.
