Weird topic maybe...I have some eggnog that I need to use. On the bottle is a recipe for "eggnog muffins. It has eggnog of course but also some extra nutmeg and chopped pecans. I also have in my frige some leftover buttercream from a cake I just made. My question is how would eggnog muffins taste with buttercream on them? Just wondering what someone else would think before I try it. I want to ractice piping and use up leftovers at the same time. Opinions please... ![]()
add a bit of nutmeg to your buttercream it should be great
