What Are These Apples Dipped In?

Curious what the apples are dipped into? Im guessing the lion etc is with royal icing?

How soon can they be made and stored in they're wrapped in a bag? Thanks

ACandy melts or white chocolate I would guess.

Thanks that makes sense! I kept think it was the traditional way, makes it so much easier to create! lol

 

Would you know how long ahead these can be made?
