Hi everyone,
I am making this cake for a client:

The only thing I'm concerned about is making the ruffle. It is fairly large and I'm not sure what technique was used to create that look. Any ideas? (She is only wanting the bottom two layers)

Agreed... it looks pleated rather than ruffled with a baller or tool. Cute cake! Love the sprinkles! Good luck with it, looks like fun! :)
