AI'm going to make it cake and cover it with chocolate ganache. I then want to add circles of white chocolate ganache on top of it. Can ganache be rolled out and should I use water to stick the ganache on the ganache?? Need help ASAP.
AGanache cannot be rolled out. It has a consistancy of peanut butter - and just as sticky. If you want to put white circles on the cake the circles need to be fondant.
