AI have a client who is picking up a cake from me today and is taking it on a plane to New Orleans tonight. They're serving it on Sunday (3 days later). She wants to use a cake carrier. How should I wrap/package it for her flight? I'm most concerned about condensation building up during the flight and whar to tell her to do once she gets to her destination. Advice would be awesome!

Amight be too late here but whatever you do -- the slowest that it can come to room temp the better -- so good luck with that
