Looks like napoleon with less layers and one really fat layer of cream in the middle.

They look similar to vanilla slice/custard squares. Assuming they are the same thing your thinking of this is the recipe ive used http://www.joepastry.com/category/pastry/vanilla-slices-custard-squares/
