For those of you who have taken the online buttercream classes by White Flower Cake Shoppe, if there is one you would recommend over another, which is it and why?  I'm trying to decide between the signature flower class and the floral cupcake class.  It seems that the floral cupcake class might include the signature flower as well as several others so that might be the better deal but if there's a technique in the other class not shown in the cupcake class I'm considering that one also.  Thanks!

@kendra_83 my computer broke down & I'm on a borrowed one, however I got a tutorial for just the signature flowers and it showed how to make both cupcakes and full size cakes.  made cuppies last night doing this but you really need jumbo cupcakes not standard cups as it's such a large flower.

I know this is an old post but could you tell me a little bit on how to make those White Flower Cake Shoppe Flowers?

You'll have to purchase the classes on their website.  I got the Signature Flower video and it was wonderful.  Can't wait to watch the others!

I'm strongly considering taking their buttercream bootcamp class.  They're only 45 minutes away from me. :)
