Hello,
Does anyone know how I would do this? Is it a ribbon or sprinkles? Where would I find it?
Please help I am doing my friends wedding cake and this is the picture she sent that she would like done!

idk -- it might be just a big jumble of jimmies and non pareils and silver pearls with piping along the top edge but it really looks like the selvage edge of a piece of fabric -- and the border lends itself to fabric also --
could be made of sugar but my guess is fabric
