AI'm with ellavanilla, but many bakeries around here charge $24.
I charge €2.50 for regular, and €1.75 for minis - for those prices they get frosting and sprinkles, nothing fancy. I certainly don't charge half for a mini, simply because it is not half the work. In fact, sometimes when I'm making them I wish I could charge €2.50 too, because they are such a pain!
