What shapes and ideas could I make for someone who is competing this weekend. Any ideas? And yes she is able to eat cookies after!! I am thinking maybe weights?

AIf you wanted to make them a simple shape, you could do circles and decorate them to look like free weight plates. Something like these: [IMG]http://cakecentral.com/content/type/61/id/3249290/width/200/height/400[/IMG]

Cheapcookiecutters.com has a dumbell cookie cutter as well as a muscular arm.

If you have some dog biscuit cookie cutters, you can make sets of dumbbells.
