AI made a fondant covered cake just 24 hours ago filled with fresh sliced strawberries, I left it out at room temp but with my AC running all day at 61 degrees. We will be eating the cake today around noon, I decided to put it in the fridge because I'm scared about the strawberries going bad. My question was will (or did) the strawberries go bad? Is this cake no longer good to eat? Please help!!! Thank you!
