I made butter cream and it was fantastic. I used butter flavor and it made it taste so delicious. I got a little gutsy and made a chocolate batch. I don't like chocolate frosting but that was delicious. I'm so proud of myself. All it took was a little patience with my mixer. Now I have to make a graduation cake and a frozen cake.
