AHi all

I have been asked to make a raspberry cake so have some concentrated liquid food flavouring my question is how much do I add to the mix with it being concentrated? Also could I add some red colouring to make the mix look pink and raspberry looking. Thanks Sarah

AI would mix, then taste test, mix more, then taste test. Keep track of how much you add so you will know in the future. I would color the cake to match the flavor. Chocolate cake that is green is not chocolate cake to me :)

There is a raspberry jello you might want to try adding to the cake mix.

I would use an all egg white recipe, it will make it more pink than using all egg yolk or whole egg. It depends on the recipe you're using but usually i sub the liquid or part of it. You have to test it out for yourself.
