instead of fondant what else could i use to make mini mouse bows. my daughters 3rd birthday is coming up and she loves mini mouse and i wanna make her cupcakes but i need some type of candy or something i can use to make the bows out of..

Candy melts...  I have a mold which allows for the dots on Minnie's bow.  I purchased it at my local cake product supplier.

You can use red fruit roll ups, there is information on pinterest. I hope this helps

AI used pink starburst candy which I molded into bows with mini Oreos for the ears for my granddaughters cupcakes.
