AHi everyone, I don't know who made this cake, but would like to know what kind of frosting is it. Buttercream?? Royal icing?? thanks!!!!!!

AWhich part? I definitely see royal icing, I think, but there's gotta be buttercream in there too.

It's really to difficult to see the cake to decide which it is.  It's cute though.
