I have only done one, but they are very very easy. Do you know how to make a frozen buttercream transfer? You can put a picture on it like that or you can just stick an edible image on top. I made a frozen buttercream transfer, and although it wasnt the best, it was very easy to do. I have an order for late February and i dont think it will take more than 2 hours to do the lot.
cheers

To start a ccc, first put a little dab of icing on the board so that the cupcakes will stick to the bottom a little. this makes it easier to ice the tops of them. Make sure that they are nice and close together. Ice the tops only. YOu can add a design by a FBC transfer or pipping it on yourself. it is super easy and a lot of fun to do. When you have your image on, you can then trim your cake. CCCs take very little time to do and it offers a nice alternative to the traditional cake.
