I attempted to one-and-a-half-times a recipe, and ended up with about an extra cup of cream. Obviously not one of my brighter moments! I don't have any more semisweet chocolate on hand. Is there any way to rescue it with unsweetened? Add sugar? It's just for filling, so I'm not terribly concerned about texture as long as the flavor is passable.
