You can certainly bake any cheesecake without a crust, but make sure you grease the pan. I bake crustless cheesecakes in pie pans so they can be baked, cut, and served right from the dish.

There seem to be very few out there to look at, but there is one that is a number 6 with gymnastics things on it:
AGirl get you some clip art that's gymnastics themed and base your design off of there. Cupcake cakes are ultra easy to design. Pipe a cute boarder, add matching colored sprinkles around the edges and your done. They take a **** load of frosting though lol.
