I need to make some white chocolate shards to put around a cake. I have no idea how to do it or what chocolate to use! Can anyone help me?? I read that only chocolate with cocoa butter needs to be tempered, so does that mean if it doesn't you don't need to temper it?!! Ahh!! So much I need to learn!
