Is there a way to get a color flow design to dry faster? Wilton says it takes 48 hours but I don't have that much time. Thanks!

The only thing that I can think of is to put in in the oven with the light on. I do that a lot for drying fondant faster.

Good Luck

You mean don't turn the oven on, just the light inside?

I have read it will dry quickly and not sink if you set it under a flexible desk lamp. Haven't tried it yet

Yes, exactly, do not turn the oven on, just the light.

How will I know when it's been in long enough?

I'm really bad about not making my color flow pieces far enough in advance... I've made them the night before I needed them. Just be sure to make some extras to allow for breakage, and be really careful when you take off your parchment. Also, if you put your parchment on something pourous - I use a cork mat, but you can also use corrugated cardboard or something similar - it will absorb some of the moisture and allow more circulation underneath your pieces to help them dry faster. Good luck!
