...you added melted chocolate or white chocolate to a cake batter prior to baking.
Might it work?
Has anyone tried it?
What amount of chocolate to add?
I thought of trying it but I'm chicken...... shhh.gif

When I bake a chocolate cake I add about 3/4-1 cup chocolate.
And you have to remember...sometimes the best ideas/recipes come from experimenting.

Good luck to ya~

You get a very yummy cake! Just make sure the melted chocolate is on the cooler side or it will seize up when you add it to the batter. I add 4 oz of white chocolate to each box of cake mix. I haven't tried it with anything other than wc. icon_smile.gif

Weight. I buy the ghiridelli in the bars or bakers white chocolate so the weighing work is already done for me!
