I am going to make some fondant shapes for a cake this weekend. This will be my first time to make a cake with fondant shapes so i am not sure how far in advance to make them and how to let them sit before sticking them to the cake. I live in Houston texas and humidity is our middle name, so someone please help!

AU can make them and stick them in the cake right away if u want. Or make them ahead, if u do this they will harden and not form to the shape of your cake especially for a round cake.
