Is anyone aware of the technique of stacking multiple ball shaped cakes or know of anyone else who teaches this technique. Please help. my wife has made hundereds of wedding cakes etc but our son is now getting married and would love a spherical cake, the problem is they want sponge cakes how do we stack them without them the weights pulling them down to the sides ???  love to learn this skill.
