What is the best way to get the contouring on the crown in this picture?

AWhat do you mean by contouring?
ALike how it is curving outwards? Dry it around a cylinder shape, and gently pull the points downwards a bit. Keep checking on it every once in a while for a couple hours, make sure it's not dropping or springing back up straight.
