Anyone know how to make this overlapping ribbon cake? I have to make 5 tiers of this kind of cake, how to mix the color so the ombré is not too white on top, and how to place the ribbon to be horizontally straight, do I have to cover the cake with fondant first or just cut fondant in the length and width of the cake and arrange the ribbon and wrap that around the cake? If anybody know the easiest way to do this please help ..I appreciate that..thank you..
