AHow do I stop fondant sticking to a mold when it comes to taking it out?

I dont like using corn starch or icing in the mould as sometimes its hard to get of the fondant afterwards and makes it look untidy. Is there anything else I can use ? Im currently trying to use a button mold if that helps but when I try to take the fondant out it just sticks and tears .

AYou can try refrigerating or freezing the mold with the fondant in it for a couple minutes. It will firm up the fondant so that it should pop out more easily. Also, if you use a brush to dust the mold with cornstarch, it shouldn't leave much residue.

I use corn starch all the time and then steam my cakes which removes all the corn starch.
