AI've been using this chocolate recipe before with excellent results. However this is my third attempt with d same recipe this week but all 3 came out with a rubberry texture with tunnels in it. See pic attached. The recipe is oil base and uses hot coffee in the end. I even bought new baking powder and soda for d last attempt. Help anyone?
