AOk so I am trying to do a very square cake (minecraft...) and I was wondering what icing/process would help me get the sharpest/squarest corners under fondant. My cake is as square as I can get it so the rest is up to icing!! :)

AI would use the board on top method with ganache. Then I'd use the panel method to put on the fondant. I'd be tempted to use modelling chocolate, or a combination of modelling chocolate / fondant, as I feel this works well for the panel method, and will hide seams better.

Good luck.

AOh yeah, gotta be precise and sharp with a Minecraft theme for sure. Definitely want to use the acrylic board method for sure, and panelling if possible. Go look up Sift by Kara, and find her tutorials and information about that method, she's incredibly helpful.
