AI'm relatively new at this, but I wanted to make a ferrari themed cake for a good friend of mines. Nothing too fancy, but I did want to but the ferrari shield logo on it. I've seen pictures of it done online, but don't know how they did it. Can anyone help

That's actually my cake =).  To make logos, I print out the image on regular paper in the size I need and use it as a template to trace over the fondant.  Roll out the fondant to the thickness you want, dust some corn starch on it and lay the paper template over it.  Use a scoring tool or something pointed, trace out the design, remove the paper template, then cut out the design using a sharp exacto knife.  There is more info on my blog: http://sugarsweetcakesandtreats.com/2010/06/making-fondant-cutouts-kai-lan-and-friends.html

AHaha! That's awesome! I love this cake. I'll try my best with that technique. Like I said I'm just starting to decorate. I'll definitely check the blog site. Thanks for the help!
