Hi everybody. I need to make a 3 tier cake with a 'snow' effect on the outside and some snowflakes. Now I've got the snowflakes covered but I need some ideas regarding the snow effect on the cake. It will be covered with fondant first and then I need to add the 'snow'. I read some use coconut and others sugar crystals (white ones with some glitter).

Does anybody have more ideas for me please

Appreciate it.

AYou can paint on a thin layer of piping gel where you want the snow to be and sprinkle with sanding sugar.
