How Do I Do This Cake???

AI need some tips on how to stand this number up on this cake? It looks like its smack bang in the middle of the bows. Also how long should I cut the strips for these bows to sit on the 9 inch cake?

I make my numbers with a lollipop stick or toothpicks sticking out of the bottom and I would put the number in the cake before the loops. I would make the length of the strips around 6 inches long.

Stick toothpicks in and and make sure to put gum glue at the bottom of the number and it should stay.

AThankyou. I'll be making the bow and assembling itand letting it dry ahead of time. Maybe if I assemble it on a foam block and a cardboard round in between I can then assemble the bows around the number one. How does that sound?
