I'm in my 40's and I'm a totally amateur baker. I'm joining Cake Central to read and participate in discussions with pros and semi-pros in hopes I will improve through both practice and osmosis.
I thank everyone in advance for whatever I eventually learn from them. My son and husband also thank you because I've been doing more baking lately and that's something they always love!
PS - I'm American by birth and still American by measuring cups and spoons...but I moved to Australia three years ago so I sometimes use British or Australian baking terminology.
