Hi Everyone!
Just wanted to get an advice about icing sheet cakes. What is the best icing to use on sheet cakes? I've used swiss meringue bc in the past but I always have trouble with making it nice and even. Is there any other recipe for icing that looks and taste great on sheet cakes?
