Can You Put Mmf In The Fridge Or Not?

Goodmorning everyone,
I am thinking of doing MMF for the first time. I have read the instructions and it says to let it rest overnight. My question is where just on the counter or do I put it in the fridge? Not sure, I know dumb question but had to be done. lol

I put mine in the fridge.. and have no problems

icon_smile.gif If you're not using it yet, do NOT put it in the fridge..Room temp is better...Once you put it on the cake, them it is ok to put it in the fridge.
MMF does not go bad !!! if has no dairy product in it !!! no butter and no whipped cream or milk ... thumbs_up.gifusaribbon.gificon_smile.gif
