AHello everyone! My mother and I own I small confections company and I am beginning to take a leap into cake and cupcake artistry. I read through the post regarding several bulk brands and decided to give them a try. Here in Chicago there is a bulk cash and carry that specializes in bakery shop type items. They carry 50lb bags of PH. I was wondering if anyone in the Chicagoland area might be interested in splitting the bags with me. While can purchase them I would hate from them to go to waste if I do not go through the 50lbs my the expiration date. If interested please let me know. Crystal
