Hi all

About to purchase stamens and like every cake tool have discovered a never ending choice available.

I am wondering for the likes of  poppy's,  peony's etc would you use a 1mm or a 3mm  head and would you go pearl or fabric? ( Fabric I can colour too what I need )

I know the  lilly stamens have a hammer type head which is another discussion.

I guess what Im really asking is what is your most utilised stamen head size ?

AIt depends on what I'm doing. I like a small rounded head for poppies and a larger, cone-shaped head for peonies.

I like the matte stamens.
