Where Would I Buy These Cutters??

I was asked to create a cake with these flowers. I am not sure if these are cutters or molds. Would anyone know where I would buy something like this?? Thanks!

AThey look like funky primrose cutters, very cool design. I'm curious myself, looking into them.

The bottom lace is one of Earlene's through Dominic's Marvelous Molds. The flowers look like something Jennifer would carry at Sugar Delites (she also carries Dominics line) HTH
