Hi I live in the US Virgin Islands and is pretty hot here I would like to find a good chocolate ganache frosting that I can do rosette decoration thank you;-)

AHi, if you search the threads here there are sooo many different topics to choose from. You will learn more than you wanted to know about ganache, definitely worth a check :-)
