A friends daughter wants to have a cupcake decorating birthday party and asked me if I could help.  I said sure since I love cupcakes and baking.  Since these are younger kids ages 6-8 I came up with a simple idea.  Each kid gets 2 cupcakes to decorate (one to eat at the party and one to take home), two or three different color frosting, some decorations and a small cupcake box to carry the extra cupcake home in.  Not sure how much to charge for something like this and not sure how to go about breaking the cost down.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I offer this...

I charge $15 per child, with a 10 child minimum.

Each child gets 2 cupcakes, one to eat there and one to take home.  Each child gets their own disposable decorating bag with a 1M tip on it...Then I have a bunch of decorations, sprinkles, small flowers I've cut from fondant, M&Ms, chopped reeses, etc, that the kids can go crazy with.

Thank you, Paperfishies!  I was thinking are that amount.  I'm sure the kids will have a blast with this.
