Please can anyone help me ..... I have been trying unsuccessfully to apply fuzzy afro hair to molded gumpaste babies. One of our Doctors is retiring that delivered babies and I making cupcakes with molded babies on top for him.So frustrating I can not get this hair to stick. Thank You :smile:

Can any fellow cake decorators help me with trying to put fuzzy afro hair on my molded gumpaste babies - HELP .................. !!!!!

AWhat about a thicker layer of paste on the head and then picking at it with a toothpick to get some texture.

What would you use to adhere the fro hair to the head of the molded gumpaste baby ?? I have tried piping gel, edible glue, and elmers glue . I need to make 60 cupcakes with the molded babies on top by the 30th of this month for the baby doctor's retirement. Thank You for your response to help

AUse dry dust to make hair. Do not add alcohol it's just a mess...
