Hi Everyone! I've only been decorating cake for about about a year. Started with the first 2 wilton courses and about to start my 3rd in January. All of the cakes in my gallery were done by My sister and I over the last 5 months using what I've learned here on cake central, youtube videos, online tutorials and craftsy.com classes. I enjoy the community here at Cake Central and all the support. Everyone is so helpful and encouraging. Thanks!

I checked out your cakes. I love all of them!!! Your cakes are very good. Looks as if you have a knack for making cakes!!! I have never tackled the fondant cakes as my family doesn't like fondant. I only do as a hobby for family. Anyway, keep up the good work!!!! For being self taught, you are doing excellent!!! Your cakes are awesome!!!
